Question: What's inside of the private membership portal?
Answer: Lots of value and savings for your business. You will receive a schedule of monthly classes, quarterly trainings, and a link to book your quarterly one-on-one financial and tax advice meeting. You will also get access to discounted Quickbooks software and a free bookkeeping analysis for your business. In addition, you will get access to your own tax advisor and business advocate whenever you have questions. Your portal also includes a few other surprises you will see once you become a member.
Question: When will I get access to my private membership portal?
Answer: Immediately. As soon as your $59 payment is processed, you will receive an email with instructions to register your private username and password. In order to maintain access to your portal, you will automatically be charged $59 every 30 days to the same card. All payments are non-refundable.
Question: How easy is it to cancel my membership?
Answer: You can cancel your monthly membership anytime by clicking a cancellation button found inside of your membership portal. Once you click the button and fill out the cancellation form, your membership will be canceled and you will lose access to the portal, trainings, discounts, meetings and other membership perks.
Question: What if I need to update my credit card for monthly payments?
Answer: You can do that anytime from inside of your membership portal. You will see a button that reads "Update Form of Payment". If you miss a scheduled payment and do not update your payment information within five (5) days, you will lose access to your membership benefits.
Question: When are the monthly finance trainings? If I can't attend, will I get a recording?
Answer: The schedule for monthly finance trainings is listed inside of your membership portal. If you cannot attend a virtual session live, the recording will be uploaded into your membership portal within 48 hours.
Question: Do I get a free QuickBooks account when I join this membership?
Answer: No. You will get a discount to purchase or upgrade your QuickBooks account if you use the link inside of your membership portal. As a member, you can use any type of bookkeeping software you like.
Question: Will I learn how to use QuickBooks if I join this membership?
Answer: Yes, you will receive free quarterly trainings where you will get training, virtual assistance and the opportunity to ask questions in real time to the instructor. You will also be able to submit questions 24/7 about QuickBooks inside of your membership portal. The schedule for free workshops is listed inside of your membership portal. If you are unable to attend a virtual workshop live, a recording of the training will be made available inside your membership portal within 48 business hours.
Question: What does a quarterly bookkeeping analysis include?
Answer: It includes the opportunity for a Professional Bookkeeper to audit your bookkeeping records to ensure you are compliant with IRS requirements and recommendations. As long as you provide access to your bookkeeping account (any bookkeeping software), we will audit your bookkeeping on a quarterly basis and advise you of any red flags and/or recommendations for free.
Question: What will happen during my quarterly 1:1 tax planning and financial meeting?
Answer: This is your opportunity to sit with a Tax Accountant to ask any questions you have about your business finances related to accounts, budgeting, planning, documents, taxes, payroll, contractors or changing your business entity. You must schedule your appointment using the link provided inside your membership portal. This is a free benefit of membership.
Question: Why do I need a tax advisor and business advocate?
Answer: As a small business owner, there will be times when certain situations will require verification from a tax professional. As long as you're a bookkeeping member with up-to-date bookkeeping records, we will have your back and provide certain verifications on your behalf.
Question: Once I become a member, do I get discounted services?
Answer: Absolutely. Whenever you're ready to outsource your bookkeeping and tax preparation, we are here to service our members at a discounted rate. In fact, members who become clients receive their monthly bookkeeping membership for free. Our service packages are listed inside of your membership portal for further information.
